Description: Providing energy services with a guaranteed result EPC for the Winter Stadium Large Popovice property of the contracting authority, at Ringhofferova 336, Velke Popovice, 251 69. This is a comprehensive contract involving preparation, implementation and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of energy-saving measures introduced , whereby the supplier provides the contracting authority guarantee for achieving the expected economic benefits. Specific energy saving measures will propose itself and include the EPC project, which is subsequently implemented in the building. As part of the contract, the service provider will be provided, preparing, implementing, financing and evaluating austerity measures. Savings generated by austerity measures will be used to repay the cost of implementation. Savings will be contractually guaranteed by the supplier, continuously monitored, evaluated and documented.
