Description:
The subject of the public contract is to provide the services of an external call center with a minimum of 17 and a maximum of 40 FTE operators available.
IT and personnel equipment required for the operation of the External Call Center by the supplier at the supplier's expense;
handling individual telephone requests from Customers made to the Customer's customer line, which will be redirected via IT system The client (hereinafter referred to as "Telephony") to the External Call Center, via telephone, or with Customers; specified in Annex No. 1 of the binding model of the framework contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of these Instructions (the specified performance together also referred to as "Services" and the model of the framework contract hereinafter referred to as the "Model Framework Agreement").
