• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as "public contract") is legal services and legal advice under the regime of Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on Advocacy, specifically the provision of legal services and advice in: a) the field of public investment law, i.e. in the field of public procurement law and related consultancy and administrative activities, consultations, legal analyzes and participation in meetings of the commission or the contracting authority for contracts administered by a participant in the procurement procedure to the extent according to the framework contract; b) areas of public law (administrative law; construction law and construction procedures; traffic and misdemeanor law agenda and other fields of public law; consultancy, consultation, legal analysis, oral consultation, participation in negotiations in the field of public law) according to the framework contract; c) the field of private law (advice, consultation, legal analysis, participation in negotiations in the field of private law; regular personal presence at UMČ Prague 12, oral consultation; legal support in property management of the City of Prague 12 - list of contracts and opinions; commercial law cooperation with contributory organizations and commercial companies of the City of Prague 12) according to the framework agreement.
