Description:
(nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of freight transport by wagons with a useful weight of 4 - 6 t with superstructures for transporting containers of the Okřinek and Novosedly systems owned by the contracting authority in the details of this tenderdocumentation and to the extent of the draft Framework Agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 of this procurement documentation. The framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum of one and a maximum of three participants in the procurement procedure, while the selection of participants in the framework agreement will be carried out in accordance with § 133 par. 2 of the Act, namely onfor a period of 12 months or until the financial limit of the Framework Agreement is exhausted. Individual public contracts (performance orders) will be awarded in accordance with § 132, paragraph 3 of the Act without the renewal of competition between participants in the framework agreement., that he will always invite the participant who placed first in the order during the bid evaluation (Provider No. 1). If Provider No. 1 refuses to accept the order, the ordering party will invite the participant who placed next in order during the bid evaluation (Provider No. 2). If Provider No. 2 refuses acceptancei of the order, the ordering party invites the participant who placed next in order during the evaluation of the offers (Provider No. 3). documentation.
