• The purpose and objective of the public contract is to secure licenses for the Google Workspace cloud productivity and communication platform. The client currently manages some processes built on Google Workspace as the primary means for internal communication, management documents, cooperation and project management. Due to the integration of this ecosystem in the processes of the client's organization and the long-term storage of data in the Google Workspace infrastructure, the client is considering continuing with this solution. The subject of the public contract is provision of Google Workspace Business Starter, Standard and Plus licenses (hereinafter also "Subject of performance" or "License"). The subject of performance also includes the provision of related services. The contracting authority defines the assumption of the composition for a closer idea of ​​the suppliers of specific licenses secured according to the binding draft contract for public procurement. The default assumption of requirements for the scope and type of licenses follows from the Price Offer. The contracting authority emphasizes that this is a non-binding assumption, therefore drawing licenses according to the binding one can freely change the draft contract during its course, as performance will take place according to the actual needs of the client.
