- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive legal, financial, economic and technical advice before and during the tender process for the selection of a concessionaire for the PPP D35 project, including advice onro the possibility of concluding the relevant contracts by the contracting authority. Further, in accordance with Β§ 100, paragraph 3 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority reserves the possibility of using the negotiation procedure without publication for the provision of new services by the selected supplier even after the financial closure of the project. The client's interest is to implement a public and private projecthe partnership consisting in the completion of the design and ensuring the construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the unfinished section of the D35 highway in the Opatovec-Mohelnice section and in ensuring the operation and maintenance of the existing road infrastructure immediately adjacent to the new buildings in the west in the LitomyΕ‘l section- Genoa and the section Genoa-Opatovec.
