Description:
Comprehensive legal services consisting in the preparation of the subsidy provider's decision on determining financial corrections (the so-called IOK), which are used for expenses financed from the European Structural and Investment Funds in the event of a violation of the conditions when awarding public contracts in the ZZVZ regime and outside the ZZVZ regime, incl.of the documents and justifications needed for the decision on possible remedies and/or possibly subsequent administrative or judicial proceedings. Legal services related to inspections carried out by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the inspection regulations, including public administration inspections, which may includealso control of procurement procedures in the ZZVZ regime and selection procedures outside the ZZVZ regime according to the conditions of the subsidy provider. Provision of expert legal services in the field of subsidy financing of supported projects and in the field of public support. Provision of expert legal services consisting of professionalconsultations, processing opinions and expert opinions, especially in the field of awarding public contracts and concessions, financial, administrative law, civil and commercial law, processing or revision of methodological instructions or internal regulations of the Contracting Authority, including any model documents and implementationprofessional training seminars, all according to needs and in connection with the activities of the Principal as an intermediary entity of IROP.
