Description:
The subject of the Public Contract is the provision of voice and data telecommunications services to the extent specified by the tender conditions for the Department of the Ministry of Finance, the Department of the Ministry of Culture and the Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, i.e. the Ministry of Finance (MF), the Ministry of Culture (MK), the MinisterMinistry of Industry and Trade (MPO).
The subject of the performance of the Public Contract, including the technical conditions, is specified in more detail in the draft contract (and its annexes), which together with the annexes form Annex No. 1 ZD. All technical conditions for the provision of telecommunications services specified in the tender documentation and itsappendices represent the minimum level of services provided, which must be ensured by the participant for the entire duration of the specific participation contracts.
For the purposes of economic consideration of suppliers when preparing the offer, the Central Contracting Authority indicates the expected volume of services for itself and the individual Contracting Authorityatele, which is listed in Appendix No. 2 ZD - Estimated volume of services.
