(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the performance of post-warranty service (BTK, service and repairs) of medical equipment of the suppliers Drager Medical, s.r.o., MZ Liberec s.r.o. and JAPE CZ s.r.o., to securesafe and smooth operation of these medical devices in terms of functionality, safety, according to the manufacturer's recommendations and to the extent and in the manner specified in the binding draft of the contract for the provision of post-warranty service, which is attached to tender documentation No. 2, according to Act 89/2021 Coll. about healthnic resources as amended.
The subject of the performance of the public order is the performance of post-warranty service (BTK, service and repairs) of medical equipment of the suppliers Drager Medical, s.r.o., MZ Liberec s.r.o. and JAPE CZ s.r.o., to ensure the safe and smooth operation of these medical facilitieslines in terms of functionality, safety, according to the manufacturer's recommendations and to the extent and in the manner specified in the binding draft of the contract for the provision of post-warranty service, which is an attachment to tender documentation No. 2, according to Act 89/2021 Coll. on medical devices as amended.
