- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the performance of post-warranty service (BTK, service and repairs) of medical equipment of the suppliers Draeger Medical, s.r.o., MZ Liberec s.r.o. and JAPE CZ s.r.o., to ensure the safe and smooth operation of these medical devices in terms of functionality, safetythose, according to the manufacturer's recommendation and to the extent and in the manner specified in the binding proposal for the contract for the provision of post-warranty service, which is attached to tender documentation No. 2, according to Act 89/2021 Coll. on medical devices as amended.
