The subject of the performance of the public contract is the performance of public services in the transport of passengers for the purpose of ensuring transport accessibility in accordance with Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on Regions, as amended, and § 2 of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on Public Services in passenger transportation and on the amendment of other laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Services Act") in the territory of the Olomouc Region.
