Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the provision of SO and QA services in order to ensure the correct direction of the Fenix program at a strategic level. The purpose of SO and QA is to provide a comprehensive view of the correct and timely progress of key program areas, assess the status and proposed plans and program decisions, revifrom the main outputs and recommendations of individual streams for the steering committee of the program for risk mitigation in the event of a threat to the fulfillment of the key objectives of the program; therefore, it is a tool for strategic supervision of key areas of the program for the bank's top management.
