Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is the provision of complete service services for the main telephone system of the City Hall of the City of Prague and equipment in the Prague Contact Center, including the provision of registration services and management of end devices, based on a contract forbilling of service services, concluded with the selected supplier for a period of 4 years, or until the financial limit of the contract is exhausted.
Regular monthly services will include:
• service on the main telephone system,
• service for equipment in PKC,
• On-Site technician ( OST) - a dedicated technician providing comprehensiveservices on the communication system,
• registration and management of end devices,
• one-off requirements of the contracting authority - ad-hoc activities related to repairs or
extensions of internal telephone metallic wiring, assembly/disassembly of end
devices (telephone devices, fax, doorman, modem, etc.).
