- The subject of the performance of this public contract is:
a) negotiation of a framework agreement containing contractual terms for the performance of individual sub-contracts for the provision of implementation and consulting services for the NATIONAL QUALIFICATION SYSTEM SYSTEM (hereinafter also "IS NSK"),
b) negotiation of a contract for the provision of service servicesb for IS NSK.
The exact definition of the Subject of the public contract and other requirements for its implementation, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are specified in detail in Annexes No. 1 and 2 of the procurement documentation.
For reasons of IS NSK protection, there are no manuals, source codes, process diagrams, etc.part of the public part of the tender documentation. Tender documentation containing manuals, source codes, process diagrams, etc., necessary for the creation of an offer (hereinafter referred to as "system documentation") is available through the tenderer's profile within the National Electronic Tool as a non-public part (which forms Annex No. 10) of the procurement documentation. Suppliers must send a request for access to the non-public part of the procurement documentation through the National Electronic Tool. As part of the application, the supplier shall submit a completed, electronically signed Confidential Information Protection Agreement (whichforms Annex No. 9 tender documentation), in which he undertakes to use the provided information only for the purpose of preparing an offer within this public contract.
