- The subject of the public contract is the provision of voice and data telecommunications services and all activities related to the provision of the required services. The provision of telecommunications services via the operator's GSM and ISDN network means in particular:
a) provision of mobile voice services, incl. mthe possibility of activating and deactivating roaming of mobile voice services on telephone numbers according to the Customer's request,
b) provision of mobile data services that will be associated with voice services, i.e. internet in a mobile phone, incl. options for activating and deactivating Internet roaming in mobile tphone numbers according to the Customer's request,
c) provision of mobile data services that will not be associated with voice services, i.e. mobile Internet,
d) provision of fixed voice services according to the Customer's request,
e) maximum availability and reliability of the service, guarantee of availability withservices,
f) preservation of existing telephone numbers, or at the Customer's request, ensuring free portability of existing telephone numbers in accordance with Act
no. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and on the amendment of some related laws (migration of telephone numbers) and measures of bothvaluable nature of the Czech Telecommunications Authority,
g) providing the necessary range of telephone numbers,
h) ensuring customer service and support.
