Description:
The subject of this public contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers in order to ensure the transport services of the Usti Region by public scheduled passenger transport, in accordance with § 2 of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on public services in the transport of passengers and on amendments to other laws, in as amended, in the period from 1/1/2027 to 31/12/2031. Services will be provided in part of the territory of the Usti Region on bus line No. 398 on the state border route Cinovec/Zinnwald Teplice.
The operation of the bus line is planned daily, from Monday to Sunday, in the following range:
Monday until Friday: from approximately 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., in the range of 16 pairs of connections (interval of approximately 60 minutes),
Saturday: approximately from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., in the range of 15 pairs of connections (interval of approximately 60 minutes),
Sundays and national holidays: approximately from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., in the range of 7 pairs of connections (interval of approximately 120 minutes).
The time positions of the links will be coordinated with the passage of supraregional transport trains in Teplice. The total expected annual traffic capacity of the line is 157 thousand kilometers.
The condition for concluding the contract is the provision of a direct connection of the bus line Teplice state border Cinovec/Zinnwald to subsequent lines in the direction of Dresden (state border Cinovec/Zinnwald Dresden) and ensuring a direct connection of the Usti Region with this destination city.
