Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the provision of telephone support services in the form of a passive call center and written support services in the form of a ticketing tool for answering user questions. This is technical provision in the form of a service and personnel provision for the provision of the 1st level of support.
ExThe subject of the performance of the public contract (in accordance with the complete ZD annexes) is:
A.Initial implementation of telephone and written support services
B.Technical security of the telephone support solution in the form of a service
C.Technical security of the written support solution in the form of a service
D.Service staffing telephoneand written support at the first level of support in the scope of a maximum of 7 registered operators
E.Access to the provided services environment for the Client
F.Management reports and evaluation of the operation of the provided services
G.Modifications of services in the maximum scope of 20 MD.
