• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public order is the provision of comprehensive waste management services for the city of Žďar nad Sazavou, with the exception of the provision of waste removal through energy use or landfilling. In particular, the selected supplier will ensure:
  a) provision, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, maintenance, and if necessary, the creation and restoration of all necessary personnel, technical or other capacities, including the vehicle fleet, according to the conditions in Appendix No. 3 ZD Binding Draft Contract;
  b) collection, collation, categorization, transport, concentration, sorting, treatment, use, acceptance and transfer of waste to facilities intended for further waste management or to persons authorized to manage waste and their removal in accordance with the Draft Contract;
  c) acquiring ownership rights to waste in accordance with the Draft Agreement.
  Provision of waste management services in the city of Žďar nad Sazavou
  The subject of public contract performance is security comprehensive waste management services for the city of Žďar nad Sazavou, with the exception of ensuring the removal of waste through energy use or landfilling. In particular, the selected supplier will ensure:
  a) provision, maintenance, cleaning, repair, maintenance and, if necessary, the creation and restoration of all necessary personnel, technical or other capacities, including vehicle fleet, according to the conditions in Annex No. 3 ZD Binding contract proposal;
