- The subject of the public procurement is "Provision of waste management services in the village of Proboštov. The entire subject of the public contract is listed in the tender documentation annexes. The contracting authority states that the entire subject of the public contract, i.e. collection of all municipal waste, disposal of waste and related activities withbenefits as a whole. The supplier (hereinafter also "participant" or "contractor") will ensure proper and timely fulfillment of obligations arising from Act. No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, including the proper and timely application of the right to a discount for KO deposited in the given fee period at the landfill
