• Description:
• According to the draft of the contract for the provision of services, the subject of the contract is the provider of the client. The services will consist of: a) Ensuring the supply of heat to the hot water heating system of the warehouse building (SO No. 017) by a hot water boiler for branded or colored (or both) heating oils (hereinafter referred to as the "heat source") type CAT, with a total minimum power of 170 kW and its own storage tank for heating oils, at the provider's expense and risk; b) The connection to the boiler room will be via the existing mixing device SO No. 017, when the reading actually the amount of heat supplied (in units of GJ, or MWh) will be calculated according to the measured value from a calibrated and verified meter, which will be placed at the exit from the boiler room; c) Ensuring the supply of heat in the 24/7 regime during the heating season, with a guarantee of a minimum temperature of 15°C until maximum values ​​of 18°C ​​in the heating season.
