Description:
As part of the contract, the following will be carried out:
1. Demolition of the existing tiling behind the sink and in the shower, including the brick bathtub;
2. Installing a shower tray, making a new tiling behind the sink and the shower corner;
3. Installation of new shower doors;
4. Replacement of bathroom accessories (soap dispenser,hooks);
5. Changing the shower faucet;
6. Execution of the core well and installation of the exhaust fan, including the installation of the supply wiring and the replacement of the switch;
7. Replacement of the electrical insert on the toilet;
8. Replacement of 3 light fixtures;
9. Dismantling the floor covering in the office;
10. Laying of new dltills in the office, including the ceramic plinth;
11. Carrying out repair of internal plastering with total plastering in the office and in the sanitary facilities;
12. Painting of the interior of the building;
13. Replacement of internal wooden thresholds and protective corners;
14. Repair of the exterior plating of the cornice above the entrance;
15. Oprahand on the south side of the facade;
16. Painting of the southern side of the facade.

Before starting work, all structures and elements in the affected area will be covered to avoid damage.
Before handing over the completed work, the affected areas will be thoroughly cleaned.
The work will be carried out within the scope of the measurement statement.
The workplace must be equipped with a mobile toilet.
