The subject of the contract is the obligation of the Contractor to carry out a work for the client entitled: "PS 0333 - Lish - Line - Documentation of Documentation of Building Works", which means a summary of the following fulfills:
Processing documentation of demolition work in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amendedregulations, and Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On documentation of buildings, pursuant to Annex 10), including the establishment of technical conditions within the meaning of Section 92 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll.Work and inventory of construction work, supplies and services with a bill of quantities and tender conditions of the public contract.
