- The required purchase includes the delivery, import and composition of the required material, (hereinafter "goods"), to the military area - PS 0412 Litoměřice, in Vineyard 1, 412 01 Litoměřice. The requested goods are specified in detail in Annex 2, which is completed at the same time by a quotation.
The required quality of the suppliedThe goods are defined by ČSN, ISO and EN, valid laws and all regulations related to the performance of public contracts. If damage, in particular non -compliance and violations of ČSN, ISO and EN, violations of valid laws and regulations related to the performance of public contracts, it is carried only by the supplier and is obliged to do this damageto pay the import of goods to the seller to the destination, including loading and unloading.
