- The subject of the public contract is to realize the new building yard Psara (supply and assembly), while the main circuits of activities are: - earthworks - paved area for transport services - weight for weighing means of transport - fencing - concrete boxes Center - Warehouse Hall, shelter - IS (utilities) - gardening - all VRN, construction and non -building transport, other indirect costs necessary for complete and quality work in time and quality according to the tender / project documentation, demand procedure and signed contracts - Ensuring demonstrable cooperation in the legalization of the work at the end of construction, especially by documenting all documents documenting the quality of the work necessary for the legalization of the work (occupancy permit / occupancy permit), proof of DSPS (documentation of the actual construction), physical participation in local investigation individual bodies active in construction proceedings during construction, as part of a pre-collection meeting (if such a meeting is convened or required by the Client-usually two to three weeks before the planned local investigation to issue the final approval / decision) and physical participation in the very itself Local investigation to issue a building approval / decision.
