- The purpose of this consultation is to familiarize potential suppliers with the intention of introducing a dynamic purchasing system for the supply of individual categories of food for catering establishments in the UK (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") and at the same time to obtain all the information necessary for an efficient, correct and objective setting of tendersh of the conditions for the DNS in question.
