• PTK - Electricity trader services in the form of a balancing group The Statutory City of Jablonec nad Nisou ("Procuring Entity"), as a central contracting authority, is interested in awarding an above-limit public contract, the subject of which will be the provision of electricity trader services for the Contracting Authority and organizations established by the city, in the form of a balance group ("Public contract"). The contracting authority will award this public contract in an open procedure in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended ("ZZVZ"), and for this purpose invites relevant suppliers to participate in a preliminary market consultation ("Consultation") pursuant to § 33 ZZVZ. The statutory city of Jablonec nad Nisou, as the central contracting authority, entrusted the implementation of these preliminary market consultations to the municipal company Jablonecká energetická a.s., with registered office at Vysoká 3340, Jablonecké Paseky, 466 02 Jablonec nad Nisou (hereinafter referred to as "JEAS"). The client is the founder and sole shareholder of the company JEAS, which implements a project to build its own photovoltaic power plants (PVE) and battery storage facilities on objects of the Client and JEAS (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). As a follow-up to the Project, there is a need to ensure for the Principal, JEAS and other organizations established by the Principal (in particular Jablonec nad Nisou Hospital, p.o.) the services of an electricity trader in the form of a so-called of the group, which will enable unified management of the production and consumption of electricity in relation to all affected consumption and production points, including the supply of power electricity and the purchase of electricity...
