Description:
The contracting authority is preparing a public contract with the designation "Selection of a fund administrator for investing in brownfield regeneration projects in the Moravian-Silesian Region (real estate projects and regeneration of industrial zones)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Contract"), within which it will seek to select a financial intermediary whoera will perform the role of administrator of the development fund (hereinafter referred to as the "BF Fund"). Through the BF Fund, a financial instrument will be implemented within the Operational Program Just Transformation, in priority 3 Moravian-Silesian Region within the thematic area of Territorial Renewal (hereinafter referred to as "OP ST").dem on the nature of the subject matter of Public Procurement decided to use the opportunity to conduct a preliminary market consultation in the sense of § 33 ZZVZ (hereinafter also referred to as "PTK"). PTK will take place under the conditions, method and dates indicated on the contracting authority's profile https://tenderarena.cz/profily/NRinvesticni. Purpose of meeting within PTKwill, in particular, obtain relevant and objective information from potential suppliers in relation to the setting of the substantive, business and qualification conditions of the Public Procurement so that the procurement documentation of the Public Procurement prepared by the contracting authority is comprehensible, professionally high-quality, up-to-date and reflectsla the needs of the contracting authority and the possibilities of the relevant market.
