Order name: Public Lighting Management
Brief Description: By entering a public contract, the Contracting Authority monitors its need to centralize public lighting, especially the lighting on the highway network, which is in the management of the ŘSD. Administration and maintenance of lighting, including accident solutions, is currently performing individual management and maintenance centers. The client's intention is to ensure good management and maintenance of public lighting so that the management of the system of public lighting system meets all legal and normative conditions for ensuring traffic safety on roads that have an ŘSD in its administration. In the context of the public procurement, public lighting passport will also be updated and maintained to meet the current state of public lighting and relevant legislation. Thus, in this respect, the contracting authority is pursued by entering a public contract to ensure that PASPORT management obligations under the provisions of Section 161 (1) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (Building Act) since 31.12.2012 S-JTSK on a scale of the cadastral map or scale more detailed.
