• Description:
• The subject of the public contract for services is the conclusion of the Agreement on the provision of services with the supplier (hereinafter also referred to as the "Agreement"), on the basis of which, for the duration of its validity, the contracting authority will assign and the administrator will perform services, consisting in the comprehensive provision of the administration of sub-limit procurement proceduresand above-limit public contracts, both for supplies, services and construction work. The services provided will also include the provision of professional consulting and advisory services related to the preparation of the procurement procedure. The administration of public contracts will be carried out in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ") and in accordance with the current internal guidelines of the contracting authority on public procurement, as well as with the instructions of the subsidy provider for public procurements for which the contracting authority will to apply, while in the basic details will beadministration of public contracts to include in particular, but not exclusively, the following activities: •act
