Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is to ensure transport services in the territory of Česky Krumlov by the operation of public transport for a maximum period of 10 years in the regime of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., On Public Services in Transportation of Passengers and on Amendments to other Acts, as amended and EC Regulation no.1370/2007 on public services in the transport of passengers by rail and road and on the cancellation of the Council Regulation (EEC) No 1191/69 AC. 1107/70. It is assumed that the extent of the transport services provided by the carrier will be maintained approximately as these public services are provided by the current carrier, ie to the extentA maximum of 165,000 km per year.
