Description:
Public services in passengers by public city bus service. The Client assumes conclusion of multiple contracts according to individual technical and operating files. The fulfillment of the obligation of public services will be ensured in full only by low -emission vehicles within the meaning of Act No. 360/2022 Coll.Support of low -emission vehicles through public procurement and public services in passenger transport, no later than 36 months (a transitional period with the possibility of using other than low -emission vehicles) from the commencement of public services. The carrier will be contractually obliged to provideFurther important assets or income of significant investment in infestance pursuant to Article 4 (4) of Regulation 1370/2007.
