• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the revitalization of the public space and the construction of the Legionářská Park and the construction of the Water Park. LEGIONÁŘSKÁ PUBLIC SPACE AND PARK: The main goal of the revitalization is the barrier-free connection of Legionářská Street with Sadová Street and Pod Tratí street. The proposal envisages the creation of a pedestrian link between Legionářská Street and Sadová Street. The connection between Sadová street and Pod tratí street is designed as a pedestrian/cycling path, which in the future should continue to the Liberecká housing estate (separate action). The urban concept of the given location is further changed by the proposed parking lot in Sadová Street, as well as the revitalization of the vestibule and the parking lot at the entrance to the falconry. These urban interventions are mainly aimed at cultivating the given place and improving its functionality use. The material solution corresponds to elements and materials used on existing roads and paved surfaces in other locations of the city. WATER PARK: The subject of this project is a proposal to improve the right bank of the Nisa River near the center of Hrádek nad They are not. This is the area along Okružní Street, NW in the direction of the existing brick substation. The basic concept of the design is the creation of a side branch of the river with a length of approx. 170 m. This new side branch of the Lužická Nisa will be made accessible to people through terrain improvements. Basic the building element of the proposal (terrain improvements) are concrete and stone elements forming retaining walls, the bed of the side arm itself, paved areas, etc. From the point of view of floods (active zone), the proposed improvement is a significant improvement of the storage capacity of the area, since earth will be excavated in a volume of over 8300 m3.
