- Purchase - drawer freezer - 1 pc in total - specifications - parameters: net volume of the freezer min. 225 liters to a maximum of 240 liters; energy class E or better (C,D); noise level 38 dB 41 dB; external dimensions: width 55-65 cm, depth 60-70 cm, height 155-175 cm; storage time in case of power failure minat least 7 hours; freezing capacity of at least 10 kg per 24 hours; climate class SN or N.

The purchase will be carried out according to the requirements of the contracting authority on the basis of a one-time purchase contract concluded with the winning bidder. We require the goods to be delivered to the headquarters of VVetU Hlučin, Opavska 29, 748 01 Hlučin, no later than 30 days after the signing of the contract.
Requirements:
The applicant will submit the professional qualification prerequisites in the form of attachments in the VZMR (supplier's attachments) according to § 77 of the ZVZ, paragraph 1, paragraph 2 p. a) extract from the commercial register and trade register. Furthermore, filling out the price offer in tabulce - see Appendix No. 2 ATTENTION price according to the instructions under the table in Appendix No. 2.
As Appendix No. 3, insert the negotiated and possibly modified draft of the purchase contract, which will be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the applicant's company. Submit the required attachments in PDF format. In case of incomplete offers fromthe provider will invite the given VZMR participant to make additions by means of a request for additions (clarification) of the offer. In the event of serious misconduct, the participant may be disqualified.
