- The subject of the VZ is the supply of military equipment, i.e. signal hand grenades in the range and markings specified in Article III. framework agreement and according to Annex No. 1 and 2 of the framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "goods"). On the basis of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded in accordance with the provisions of § 131 and § 204 ZZVZ with oneby the procurement officer, who will define the conditions on the basis of which subsequent individual subcontracts for the supply of goods will be awarded.
