• Supply SW for central control of the inviting and reservation system, including all required integrations, installations, and possible configurations / customization incl. handover of installation media and providing an appropriate license for the supplied SW for central management;

• delivery of the HW component including the appropriate SW;

• work associated with delivery and commissioning of HW / SW in specific workplaces;

• Ensuring administrator and user training;

• Delivery of administrator and user documentation, etc. \ t Provision of supporting and reservation support, ie:
• "SW for central management" for 48 months;

• support "HW / SW" provided for 48 months;
