Description:
Purchase of chemical preparations for the repair of automobiles and equipment - required parameters listed in sheet .2 - specifications - to be filled in marked fields and sent back as part of the supplier's offer. Gave information viz. area General information for contractors. Final offer price with VAT must be stated including the applicable VAT rate in R. All communication (inquiries) between the contracting authority and the supplier will be conducted exclusively on the NEN electronic portal. The selection of women will be evaluated on the basis of the price offers, the winning price is the price of the offer (price including transport and other costs connected with the delivery), if the required parameters are met. V students will be notified of the results via electronic mail. Negotiations to conclude a purchase contract will be concluded with the relevant company without delay. The client set the business terms in the draft order, which request as part of the procurement documentation. The supplier adds his data to the draft order and submits it to the contracting authority, signed by a person authorized to act in the name and on behalf of the applicant (on the basis of full power of attorney), together with his offer.
