Description:
Delivery of 5 pieces of collection cards to purchase fuel, namely car and diesel gasoline, in the distribution network (petrol station) throughout the Czech Republic to VZ 551220.Provider:
1. Monthly invoicing in electronic form always after a closed month, max. 5 days of the following month
2. issuing a tax document with a detailed schedule of the use of the collection card,
3. Material restrictions only to:
-benzin
- -motor diesel
4. the right of the contracting authorityIncreasing the number of cards, to a maximum of 10 pieces, in the form of an amendment to the contract
