• Purchase of Diagnostic Consumables - Extraction Kits for the Magcore Plus Ii Device - For Carrying Out Investigations in the Field of Molecular Biology by the Accredited Laboratory at Vvetu Hlučin Within the Research Dzro.
  This is a small-scale public order (hereinafter referred to as VZMR) for the purchase of diagnostic consumablesmaterial - extraction kits for the MagCore Plus II device - for carrying out examinations in the field of molecular biology by an accredited laboratory at VVetU Hlučin as part of DZRO research with the aim of diagnosing infections.
  We require diagnostic consumables to ensure the operation of the MagCore Plus II, which we own. It is an automatic system for the isolation of DNA/RNA nucleic acids from samples. Diagnostic consumables must be compatible for use with the MagCore Plus II.
  
  The purchase of material will be carried out according to the requirements of the contracting authority on the basis of a concluded one-time purchase contract (KS)with the winning bidder VZMR.
  
  We require delivery of the goods no later than 30 calendar days after signing the purchase contract. The list of required material for valuation is given in Appendix No. 2 - Price offer - valuation.
  
  Requirement:
  Participant submits professional qualifications in the form of attachments in VZMR (supplier's attachments)prerequisites according to § 77 Z ZVZ 134/2016, paragraph 1, paragraph 2 p. and). extract from the commercial register and trade register. For §77, if the required letters from the given paragraphs are not listed - see mentioned above (§ 77 paragraph 1, paragraph 2 letter a), the contracting authority may exclude the participant from the VZMR.
  Further filling in cyen offers in the table - see appendix no. 2 ATTENTION start according to the instructions under the table in appendix no. 2. As appendix no. 3, insert the discussed and possibly modified draft of the purchase contract, which will be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the participant's organization.
  If the VZMR participant is the exclusive supplier of the required mof the equipment for the Czech Republic, will submit in the attached section the Declaration of Power of Attorney to represent and distribute the given company for the Czech Republic with the statement that he is the only representative entrusted with this activity for the Czech Republic in 2023.
  Submit the required attachments in PDF format. Required documents proving compliance with the basisqualification prerequisites and extracts from the commercial and trade register must not be older than 3 months from the date of the announcement of the VZMR. appendix No. 4 - Supplier's affidavit regarding the socially responsible performance of a public contract in accordance with Resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 531 of 24/07/2017, on the Rules for the Application of a Responsible Approach in the Awarding of Public Contracts and Government and Local Government Purchases.
