- The subject of this small -scale public contract (hereinafter also "VZMR") is the purchase of ergonomic mice and pads under the mouse in the number and types according to Annex 1 "price offer" and Annex 2 "Assembly specifications" (hereinafter referred to as goods).
Due to objective evaluation we require a valid reference towww. pages, description, product sheet, etc. The assortment you offer.
Properly completed and signed the draft contract is an integral part of this vz.
The client will verify the applicant's qualification via the ARES web portal. Failure to comply with some parts of the VZ will not be accepted by the offer of the applicant.
If you are an employerEmployment of more than 50 % of people with disabilities and you have the authorization to provide alternative performance, please include all costs associated with delivery to the place of performance - ie VU 6624 BechynΔ (VAT, transport to destination, etc.).
