- Purchase of fuel through fuel cards - preliminary market consultation SUBJECT OF AWARDED PUBLIC PROCUREMENT The contracting authority intends to award a public contract for supplies entitled "Purchase of fuel through fuel cards" ("public contract"). The subject of the public contract will be supplies consisting of cashless purchases of fuel (diesel and gasoline) at a discounted price via fuel cards. The subject of the public contract will also include: a) production, complete service and operation collection fuel cards, i.e. in particular the issuance of collection fuel cards, enabling the execution of transactions, administration, blocking and unblocking of fuel cards, b) sending updated lists of gas stations where it will be possible to pump fuel for discounted price and lists of gas stations accepting fuel cards offered by the supplier, c) provision of electronic files about individual subscriptions in the required format, while the selected supplier will bear the administrative costs associated with records and invoicing, d) all other activities connected with the provision of supplies at the given time and place. SUBJECT AND PURPOSE OF PTK The purpose of PTK is to find out the current situation on the relevant market of fuel suppliers in order to optimize the tendering conditions so that comparable offers were submitted.
