Description of the contract: Physical supply of natural gas in the expected amount of 2,470 MWh to the customer's collection points with the assumption of the obligation to remove natural gas from the distribution system, including the transfer of responsibility for the deviation to suppliers according to Energetickof the Act and according to the Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office c. 349/2015 Coll., on the rules of the gas market and other implementing decrees to this Act as amended, including the provision of regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and the provision of system services in the period from1. 1.2024 to 1. 1. 2025.
