Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the supply of personal protective work equipment for employees of the Prague Castle Administration based on the current needs of the contracting authority for the duration of the contractual relationship.one of the obligations set out in § 104 of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, as amended, Act No. 309/2006 Coll., which regulates other requirements for safety and health protection at work in labor relations and on ensuring safety health protection during activity or poscertification of services outside labor relations (Act on ensuring additional conditions of safety and health protection at work), as amended, and Government Regulation No. 390/2021 Coll., on detailed conditions for the provision of personal protective work equipment, washing, cleaning and disinfecting productsthirds, and possibly other related legal regulations.
The contracting authority is obliged to provide its employees with personal protective work equipment (hereinafter referred to as "PPE") in order to ensure their protection from risks, their health is not endangered and they are not hindered in any way in the performance of their worke.
The contracting authority, in accordance with the provisions of § 35 in conjunction with § 101 ZZVZ, has divided the public contract into two parts, as follows:
