- The subject of the VZ is the purchase of pressure steel bottles for CO2 and argon. The goods must not be damaged, they must have at least 2-year warranty. The VZ must be met once in a complete list of required items. The draft contract is part of the tenderdocumentation. The winning company will prove the honorary statement in accordance with the Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 and the Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 that the person or performance is offered, including its subcontractors, does not apply to international sanctions and is not a natural or legal personOr organ, included on the sanction list.
