Description:
The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereafter also VZMR) is the purchase of property - technical material, paint colors, chemistry to ensure the maintenance of equipment and material at VU 1825 Tabor. , further specified in the specification of this VZMR. The fulfillment of the contract will be carried out by the selected supplier in accordance with the conditionsstipulated in the contract, the draft of which is an integral part of the tender conditions. By submitting an offer, the supplier confirms that he agrees with the general terms and conditions of the Ministry of Defense (in the current version published on the contracting authority's profile) and that he accepts the terms of reference.
