Description:
This is the supply of sports material for the security of teaching according to the specifications listed in Appendix No. 1.
The selection process is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Commerce for electronic marketplaces in 10.1 until the conclusion of the contractual relationship.
The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel theselection process without giving a reason until the winner is announced.
The contracting authority reserves the right to change the tender conditions within the deadline for submission of tenders.
The contracting authority reserves the right not to return submitted bids received as part of the tendering procedure to participants.
Reserve the cliente the right not to provide compensation for the costs incurred by the supplier or suppliers to participate in the procurement procedure.
The contracting authority reserves the right to make formal changes to the contract before its conclusion.
The contracting authority requests the submission of the price of submitted bids including VAT.
