The contracting authority is an energy company, which has long been the owner and operator of centralized heat supply and thermal economy in the buildings of the town of Jablonec nad Nisou and has a long -term program to place renewable energy sources on urban and own buildings. The client hasIntending the existing energy economy system to complete and expand in the form of public contracts with elements of Design & Build to the planned construction of photovoltaic power plants ("PVE") on buildings owned by the town of Jablonec nad Nisou and the contracting authority.hot water heating using renewable energy. Part of the system will also include electricity accumulation (for accumulation, the client counts with batteries and water heating) and the control system (expansion of the dispatching center), including openness to business operations and for the services of power balance.The Modernization Fund of RES+ and in this sense must comply with the required program.
