• Description:
• Subject and scope of performance of the contract:
  The subject of this contract is the performance of qualified repairs of individual components (including hardened ones) of communication and data networks used freely in field conditions and in military equipment (repairs of vehicle data distributions, cables, coilers, HMA connectors, mLMCP grain servers, LMR series routers, LMSW series switches, LMC series converters, LMSB series modules, PM series signal detectors and OTDRs, LS series radiation sources, PDP series data switches, analog and IP phones, LMIPT series phones, data network settings, mobile LMUPS/LMPS, mobile LMCODT, kLMCAB cables, OMK series cleaning kits) for the duration of the contractual relationship.
  
  !!! THE CONTRACT OR ORDER DRAFT SHALL BE SENT BY THE CONTRACTOR TO THE CONTRACTING PARTY ALREADY SIGNED BY A PERSON AUTHORIZED TO ACT ON BEHALF OR FOR THE CANDIDATE (based on power of attorney) TOGETHER WITH HIS OFFER!!!!!!!
  By submitting an offer, the supplier expresses his agreement with the wholewith the content of the contract/order, including attachments.
  All communication (questions) between the contracting authority and the supplier takes place exclusively on the NEN electronic marketplace portal.
  
  The expected volume of the contract for the duration of the contract is a maximum of CZK 1,000,000.00 including VAT, the contracting authority the expected amount of the contract does not guarantee. Transthe items of the order will be submitted for repair according to the individual "Invitation to provide performance". Upon request, we require the equipment to be inspected, the scope of the repair determined, and the preliminary price for the repair determined.
  
  VŘ conditions:
  1. Authorization of the contractor to carry out qualified repairs of the subject of the order;
  2.Bid price guarantee for the duration of the Framework Agreement (RD);
  3. Spare parts and material used in the repair must be invoiced at prices at the usual place and time (documented by a detailed schedule), the number of standard hours worked (Nh) must be adequate to the scope and complexity of the repair and must correspond to the standards forrepairs specified by the manufacturer, spare parts must be new, i.e. unused, unrefurbished, undamaged.
