- The comprehensive electronic unit will be used to generate programmable sequences of radiofrequency signals with a frequency of 1-450 MHz for exciting acousto-optical modulators changing intensity and optical frequency of lasers assembly used for cooling and spectroscopy captured by calcium ionsand aluminum. The parameters of programmed pulse sequences may change over time using a user defined by complex algorithms programmed to the unit control card. The set will therefore also contain a set of inputs for monitoring important parameters of the experiment, especially the intensity of lasers. UnitIt will also allow connection to the Andor Ixon Ultra camera using the Cameralink standard.
