- The subject of this public contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers in order to ensure the transport services of the Usti Region by public rail passenger transport in accordance with Β§ 2 ZoVS, in the period from the date of the nationwide change of timetables in December 2026 to the date of the previous nationwidechanges to timetables in December 2041 in part of the Usti Region for the operation of trains on lines U1 DΔΔin Usti nad Labem Most Chomutov KadaΕ, U2 Chomutov KlaΕ‘terec nad OhΕi Karlovy Vary, U3 DΔΔin Usti nad Labem Litvinov, U32 Usti nad Labem MΔlnik Lysa nad Labem, U51 Usti nad Labem Most Chomutov Karlovy Vary and inserted connections of line U54 DΔΔin Usti nad Labem HnΔvice. Traffic services according to the Agreement will also be provided in parts of the territory of the surrounding regions (Karlovary Region and Central Bohemia Region) in the sense of Section 3, Paragraph 2 of the ZoVS, with their consent.
Subject of public contract bwill be fulfilled on the basis of the contract concluded with the carrier that submits the most economically advantageous offer.
