Description: The subject of performance of the public contract includes the equipment of type series (see individual parts of this Public Contract) of the contracting authority's railway vehicles with ETCS application level Level 2 (L2) mobile parts, complying with Basic Standard 3 (Baseline 3) in version 3.6.0 according to technical ERA specification (hereinafter referred to as "ETCS units").
The Contracting Authority will also temporarily accept the delivery of ETCS units in version 3.4.0, but only if the supplier subsequently ensures the future transition to version 3.6.0 only by software means (without hardware replacement), in accordance with the technical specification for interoperability according to European Commission Regulation No. 2016/919 (TSI-CCS) and in accordance with other valid legal regulations and the National ERTMS Implementation Plan in the conditions of the Czech railway system.
